OUR HISTORY

Co-Owner Paul Sutton formed TideLand Construction back in 2008. However, due to the economy he decided to gain more experience by becoming employed by TradeWilco Hess LLC.

Within a few years, Paul become head of construction where he built convenience stores and travel plazas (restaurant/gas combos). He also installed and repaired underground storage tanks, dispensers, sumps and piping systems. Over those years he met Will Clark, who was involved in TradeWilco from an early age. Paul and Will formed a bond working on job sites and through similar interests. In 2014 they began discussions of starting TideLand back up focusing on Fuel Systems and Commercial Construction. Through both of their experiences they gained valuable knowledge and expertise in the construction and petroleum industry. TideLand is qualified and equipped to perform construction and petroleum services in North and South Carolina, along with Virginia.
